Grapetree Mentorship Programme

“Paul & Timothy: Building Disciples, Leaders, and Kingdom Creatives”

A Christ-centered mentorship programme inspired by the biblical relationship between Paul and Timothy and the discipleship model of Jesus. Designed to develop spiritually grounded leaders, creatives, and disciples through mentorship, accountability, faith, and purpose.

Programme Vision

The Grapetree Mentorship Programme exists to raise spiritually mature individuals who lead with integrity, humility, creativity, and faith. The programme focuses on developing people before platforms by creating meaningful relationships between mentors and mentees. Inspired by the mentorship between Paul and Timothy, the vision is to build a generation that carries wisdom, purpose, and spiritual discipline into every area of life and culture.

Biblical Foundation

The relationship between Paul and Timothy provides the foundation for this programme. Paul walked closely with Timothy, teaching him through wisdom, encouragement, correction, and example. Timothy was developed through relationship and discipleship rather than simply instruction.

The programme also follows the example of Jesus, who discipled His followers through daily life, prayer, teaching, service, and mission. Grapetree seeks to create an environment where growth happens through consistency, accountability, and spiritual community.

Phase One

Identity and Connection

The first stage focuses on helping mentees understand their identity in Christ and build a strong spiritual foundation. Many young creatives struggle with insecurity, comparison, pressure, and confusion about purpose. Before leadership and influence can grow, identity must first be established.

During this phase, participants explore spiritual gifts, purpose, character, prayer, and accountability. Mentors build trust with mentees through honest conversations, guidance, and consistent support.

Phase Two

Discipleship and Spiritual Growth

The second phase develops spiritual maturity and discipline. Participants are challenged to grow deeper in prayer, Bible study, leadership, and obedience to God. This stage teaches the importance of consistency, humility, and accountability.

Mentors walk closely with mentees during this process by offering wisdom, encouragement, and correction. Through discipleship, participants grow stronger in faith, emotional maturity, and leadership character.

Phase Three

Creative and Leadership Development

This phase focuses on developing creativity and leadership with purpose. Participants are encouraged to use their gifts in ways that honor God and positively impact others. Areas of development may include Christian hip hop, songwriting, media creation, public speaking, leadership, and ministry communication.

Creativity is always taught alongside character. The programme emphasizes humility, integrity, and purpose over fame or attention. Mentees learn how to communicate truth, testimony, and hope through their creative expression.

Phase Four

Mission and Multiplication

The final stage prepares mentees to become leaders and mentors within their own communities. Participants are encouraged to lead devotionals, support younger believers, participate in outreach, and use their gifts to serve others.

This reflects the biblical model of multiplication seen in Paul’s instruction to Timothy. The goal is not simply personal growth, but the raising of future mentors, disciples, and Kingdom leaders.
